Cold Spring Harbor
Cold Spring Harbor is one of those
Long Island destinations that’s just perfect for a day trip.
It’s big enough to keep you busy for the day, but not so big that you leave feeling like you missed something.
I recently spent the day in Cold Spring Harbor with my daughter, Amanda. We saw the fish hatchery and had an excellent lunch at the Bedlam Street Fish and Clam Co. We wandered in and out of the shops that line Main Street, and then went to the whaling museum. We had a great time…
