And don't forget to tell us about YOUR adventures on Long Island. Share your good times with the rest of us and I'll post your story right here.
to be really, really busy.
Sorry folks, no posts or newsletter or any new articles on loving-long-island.com until after the holidays. I just don’t have the time.
So until then, have yourself a merry little Christmas—or whatever holiday is yours this time of year—and a happy New Year.
See you in 2007...
Warmest regards,
Bill

Great food, service and prices. What more could you ask for? That’s why Oysterman’s Restaurant and Pub in Sayville has quickly become one of my favorite Long Island restaurants.

Another Long Island magazine? Just what we
need right?
Well, this one seems different and looks promising. It is published independently by local Long Islanders and the focus is more on content than advertising.
From the preview issue (6.8 MB pdf, right click to download):
canvas is “A Backdrop for Ideas, Perspectives & Life on Long Island” especially created for those Long Islanders who are aware of their environment, the physical and spiritual world around them. The canvas reader understands that we are all part of a larger community and wants to celebrate life to the fullest.
Look for it on newsstands (free) or visit the canvas website. It's worth a look.
